Da svidaniya.

I was complaining about the snow on my car when I left the Old Main this past Saturday, calling it "snowy bullshit" and my friend Vera took the liberty of writing it on my windshield.

She stayed with us for about a week. We met because my friend Nate dated her on and off for about a year, but she ended up being one of my closest friends. We both seem to have similar personalities.

For one, we both like guitar and have a similar taste in music. (I've got video of her playing guitar in the middle of the night, but I left it at home... blah.) We're both sorta straddling the line of introvert/extrovert, slightly on the introvert side, in the same ways. We don't like having roommates if it can be avoided, but for the week she was there, she was an awesome roommate. We both take our laptops and do our internetty bullshit... by ourselves... in public.

So yeah. It was fun hanging out with you, Vera. Enjoy Denver, enjoy Russia, and I hope to see you in two years, maybe less. :)

  6. One of the classes is a one-time deal that they don't usually offer. The professor isn't terribly sure of the syllabus he gave us, and said there'd probably be plenty of changes.
